Return or Exchange Process
Thank you for your recent purchase from erbaliving.com. We take pride in offering a smooth shopping experience and ensuring top-notch quality in every product. Each item undergoes thorough inspection before it is dispatched from our store/warehouse.
Please be aware that we do not entertain returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered in perfect condition as per your order specifications. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it or process a refund if the payment has already been processed.
However, should you receive an incorrect product or encounter a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we are committed to rectifying the situation and meeting your expectations in the following situations
1. If you have received the wrong product.
2. If you identify a manufacturing defect in the received product.
3. If the product arrives in a damaged condition.
All exchange or refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited directly to your account. For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via NEFT transfer. Please provide your account details for the refund process.
Please allow 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank statements.

We retain the right to decide on the appropriate resolution for any problem or complaint.
